These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Cat Rescue Ireland, a rescue management platform operated by Annora (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
Cat Rescue Ireland is a rescue management platform designed to help animal rescues, shelters, foster networks, volunteers, adopters, and related users manage rescue operations. The app may include features for managing animals, applications, foster placements, adoption enquiries, tasks, communications, records, files, and related rescue workflows.
The app is a technology platform only. It does not provide veterinary, legal, safeguarding, financial, or professional advice.
You may use the app only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms and you have authority to use the app on behalf of the rescue, organisation, or account you are accessing.
If you use the app on behalf of a rescue, charity, company, shelter, or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You must not use the app if you are under the minimum age required by law in your country, unless your use is supervised and authorised by a parent, guardian, or responsible organisation.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.

Users and rescue organisations are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information they enter into the app.

We do not verify the accuracy of rescue records, adoption decisions, foster arrangements, home checks, medical notes, or user-submitted information.
You must not use the app to:
We may suspend or remove access if we believe the app is being misused.
You and your organisation retain ownership of the content and data you enter into the app.
By entering, uploading, or submitting content, you grant us the limited right to host, process, transmit, display, and store that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the app.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use any content you submit, including images, documents, notes, personal data, and animal records.
The app may help rescues manage animal profiles, adoption applications, foster arrangements, and related workflows.
We are not a party to any adoption, fostering, surrender, rescue transfer, veterinary, or rehoming arrangement unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
Each rescue or organisation is solely responsible for:
If the app includes paid features, subscriptions, or plans, the fees, billing terms, and cancellation rules will be shown at the point of purchase or in your account.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing or features from time to time. Where required, we will provide notice before changes take effect.
The app may integrate with third-party services such as Google login, email providers, payment processors, mapping tools, storage providers, analytics services, or other platforms.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or platforms that we do not control.
We aim to keep the app available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We may also perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
Where users access rescue, applicant, adopter, fosterer, volunteer, staff, or operational information through the app, they must treat that information as confidential and use it only for authorised rescue-related purposes.
Users must not export, disclose, or misuse confidential information except where authorised or legally required.

Rescue organisations using the app may also have their own privacy obligations to applicants, adopters, fosterers, volunteers, staff, and other individuals. Each organisation is responsible for ensuring that it uses the app in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
The app, including its software, design, branding, features, and underlying technology, belongs to us or our licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app unless we give written permission or the law allows it.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
